Can we copy colour palettes to a new document, please?

Secondly, can we define font palette the same way? Currently the typeface-dropdown displays most recently used fonts. But for lot of designers, once they have explored a few typefaces, they can set to a few and need to repeatedly use the same. I know it could be done by creating text-styles but a palette would be nicer.
